>   Co-designed the launch of a strategic change program for the top 200 leaders of the leading high technology firm in the U.S. It involved radically shifting the perspectives of the top leaders from their well-earned history of success to the new realities of the emerging globally competitive landscape. Resulted in a deeper understanding of why they needed to change, specifically what must change (and how), and openly and candidly addressed obstacles to their ability to fully to commit to the change. Identified as one of the most successful events they've ever led.
