
Nicole has over 18 years of experience in creating and executing strategic programs; aligning teams with strategic goals; transitioning to global outsourcing models; and leading transformational culture, process, and operational change at a F500 company. Her direct experience leading (and developing leaders of) teams spans executive management of centralized production teams undergoing significant transformational change to innovative, ground-breaking teams focused on process re-design and production technology tools. She intimately understands the challenges leaders face as they seek to achieve organizational alignment, commitment, and accountability that drive whole system optimization; to understand the systemic levers that provide organizational focus, direction, and pacing; and to model the principles, processes, practices of leadership that inspire and lead their organizations. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
